Cushman & Wakefield

Well, I thought I would post some examples of my C&W work I've done lately. I get a lot of questions when I say I do marketing for a commercial real estate company. So, here you can see what sort of things commercial real estate needs.

This is for a medical center in Temecula. It is now built and they are tying to get the building leased. This is an ad for a publication MD News. So Jenny, if you ever see this magazine, you'll see my ad in there.

These are some of the interior pages of the book. I wanted to show them just for an idea of what the books contain ro need, and also how I carried the cover style through the book.
This was a neat book to make, because 1 I love the colors I got to use, plus there's lovely beach shots. Also I didn't have to use the cushman red and blue.

A project in Riverside, its a business park that has 3 buildings. The architect provided the rendering for us, and I got to do a custom flyer. I also made the logo, it is part of their parcel map, so that is a great tie in for people interested in it. My boss pointed that out to them, and a later piece came around where he wanted the same thing sone. But my boss said, oh, just like Rachel did for creekside. So they really liked it.

This is a Development Memorandium for a plot close to my work. Right now its just land, but they have an architect and developer already in place. As you may notice it has the same picture as my creekside flyer. This is unusual and normally we don't do that. What heppened is this land is being designed by the same architect, and the architect sells the same building to different sites. I think thats a crappy deal, but it's not my call. This is one that were printing in house, so I had that to factor in. It was a 'technology park' so I had to make the design fit that nitche. I think it does, and it pulls it off well, but I really hate that type of design. Its ot somethign I liekt o do, or find fun. It was easy t make, and its just super corporate and tech, which makes me shutter. But again, it works really well for what it is.

Just thought Id show some recent work and show what different stuff a commercial real estate company does for marketing.
